STEPS TO GREAT RICHES YOU DESIRE PART 2

In our last article we examined three great steps a person that wants to accumulate great riches should take.Today we will continue to dish out other steps, so that you will be equipped with what is needed to get to where you want to be, from where you are now .


STEP 4.FIGHT AGAINST PARKINSON LAW=This states that no matter how much your income is,expenses always rise to meet the new level of increase of your income.Rise in position,rise in expenses.Break the rule,work against the law.Every time you are promoted in the office,try to save the difference between your new salary /income and your old salary.Apply same strategy to unexpected income.Always put same in your saving program.


STEP 5=SET ACHIEVABLE GOALS=The hard thing you can do to yourself is to set unrealistic target.Set only goals that you know you can achieve but don't set goals on money alone,strike a balance to include other areas like fitness,health,relationship and career.As a wise man puts it,"those who live a balanced life would take over the world.


STEP 6=GET A MENTOR=There is nowhere you want to be that someone has not been.Get close to someone who has done the exact thing you aspire to do and learn of him.A mentor prevents you from experiencing the pains and the mistakes he/she has gone through.If your mentor requires a fee,be ready to pay it.What you will gain by working with a good and experienced mentor is far more than the money you would have paid.Please don't be a parasite so that he will not avoid you.



STEP 7=DIVERSIFY YOUR SOURCE OF INCOME=Add to your current source of income,at least three other sources of income.To succeed, you need to have at least four streams of income.You are working in a bank or oil company fine,but you can still mind your own business while working for the company.I have a banker friend that run a cybercafe business big time.He owns about four different cafe centres .Why not set a goal of developing a new idea/skill per year for the rest of your life.
